My Equipment

I have not always been a Nikon user, having taken my first photos with a Praktica MTL 5 at the age of 14. My first digital camera was a Nikon Coolpix 775 followed by a Canon Powershot Pro1 3 years later. Being a keen fisherman at the time, this camera went everywhere with me capturing some fabulous moments in time. The love of photography soon took over those fishing trips and I decided to buy my first digital SLR, a second-hand Nikon D100 and a Sigma 17-70mm lens.

As my passion for photography has grown, I have remained with Nikon as the bodies have always felt right in the hand, are reliable and most of all have superb image quality.
